Purpose
The social welfare program (SWP) is designed to create a pool of funds for clients welfare and social matters.
Description
Enrolment in the product is required by all clients receiving loan products from Ruby Hill Microfinance as a Mandatory requirement from the Financial Regulatory Department (FRD) of the Ministry of Planning & Finance (MOPF).
Social Welfare Fees
The product is funded by each client with a membership contribution and at the time of loan disbursement for products charges is 0.50% (effective 1.10.2019) of loan amount as approved by the FRD.
