Dr. SAI SAM HTUN (Chairman)

Dr. Sai is the controlling shareholder of LHC, sole owner/director of RHFC, Chairman of KTzRH, Chairman of Ruby Hill Microfinance Ltd. He has an enviable reputation as a successful pioneer in Myanmar's FMCG market. In the past, he was a medical doctor in 1972 - 1987 and then worked in Myanmar Foodstuffs Industries in 1992 assisting the distrubution and marketing of local consumer products ranging from cigarette, soft drinks to liquor.

Mr DOMINIC SCRIVEN, OBE (Director)

Dominic graduated from Exeter University with a degree in Law and Sociology in 1985. Soon after he went to Hong Kong, where he worked in fund management and broking with M&G, Sun Hung Kai Citicorp and Peregine. In 1991 he moved to Hanoi and studied Vietnamese for two years, before co-founding Dragon Capital in 1994 and presiding over its growth ever since. Dominic was awarded an OBE in 2006 for his contribution to relations between the UK and Vietnam. For his work in developing the country's capital markets, the HCMC People's Committee gave him a Recognition Award in 2008, and the President of Vietnam bestowed a Labor Order, Third Class in 2014.
